How to Use Swarna Face Cream

Swarna Face Cream is an Ayurvedic Night repairing cream designed exclusively for face and neck. It must be used continuously for a minimum of 3 months (30 to 40g) to achieve optimal results. Initial improvements may be seen within 1-3 months. It is normal for dry skin to appear drier and oily skin to become more oily or dull during the initial stages. Please use an appropriate daytime moisturizer if skin appear dryer.

Dosage

Quantity: Apply a thin, even layer on the face and neck nightly.

Under Eyes: Use a very minimal amount under the eyes (do not apply thickly).

Frequency: Apply once daily at night, approximately half an hour before bedtime.

Usage Instructions

› Wash your face and neck with luke warm water at least 30 minutes before applying Swarna Face Cream.

> Gently pat the skin dry with a soft cotton cloth.

› Apply a thin layer of Swarna Face Cream evenly over the face and neck.

> For areas with black marks, pimples, or hyperpigmentation, apply a second thin layer specifically over the affected areas(Face and Neck only).

> Ensure adequate sleep for optimal skin repair results.

> In the morning, wash your face with cold water.

> During the day, apply a broad-spectrum medical sunscreen with SPF 50+.

› Those with oily skin should opt for a gel-based sunscreen.

› Sunscreen must be applied 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 2 hours if outdoors.

Maintenance After 3 Months

After 3 months of regular use, switch to applying Swarna Face Cream only on alternate nights. On non-Swarna nights, we recommend using an intensive moisturizer, Thangabhasma Serum, or Retinol Serum. Individuals prone to blackheads and melasma may apply Swarna Face Cream only to affected areas.

Recommend Dosage

• 30 to 40 grams for first 90 days

› 30 – 40 grams for next 6 moths ( alternative nights )

Note: For best results, Swarna Face Cream must be used consistently for 3 months without interruption.

Precautions

› Avoid scrubbing, exfoliation, or the use of chemical bleaches.

> Do not use face packs or creams containing turmeric, lemon, sandalwood, whitening agents, steroids, or acids while using Swarna Face Cream.

› Protect your skin from direct sunlight and avoid sunbathing during the treatment course.

› Individuals with a history of using strong steroid-based creams, mercury-based products, PCOD-related hormonal issues, or those who have recently delivered and Makeup users may experience slower results.

Overdosage

Applying more than the recommended amount of Swarna Face Cream does not accelerate results and may increase the risk of skin irritation, redness, excessive dryness, or breakouts.

Avoid heavy or thick application, especially around sensitive areas like the eyes.
